**Job Description** Your mission during this flight**:

- Ensure deliveries of team in time/cost/quality
- Manage Team resources with people and assigned budget responsibility
- Provide disciplinary leadership to team members (including resourcing, development, performance management, recognition, and reward)
- Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching & feedback to the team
- Ensure high clarity and spirit within the team
- Plan and manage team capacity according to project needs
- Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and Head of Departments to guarantee best results
- Seek opportunities to introduce continued improvements to the flight test process
- Ensure team always adheres to FTOM processes and procedures

**Qualifications** Check in your professional skills**:

- **_ Experience in Flight Testing is absolutely crucial for this role_**
- MSc, PhD or equivalent degree in aeronautical engineering
- Experience in the aeronautical development and certification process
- Professional experience working for an OEM, MRO, Military Aviation, or Flight Test Organization
- Min. of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry incl. flight test activities
- Leadership experience
