Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Bauherrenvertreter bei kleineren Bauaufgaben in unseren Verkaufsstellen
- Mitarbeit bei der Budget-, Termin
- und Qualitäts-Überwachung unserer Bauprojekte
- Mitwirkung bei der Anfrage, Beauftragung und Steuerung von Architekten, Beratern, Sachverständigen, Auftragnehmern und anderen externen Partnern
- Recherche zu bestimmten Bau Themen gemäß Vorgabe Director Construction
- Berichterstattung an den Director Construction, Manager Construction
- Übernahme von projektbezogenen Aufgaben
- Ausarbeitung von Vorlagen / Dokumenten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director Construction
- Ausarbeitung und Abwicklung von Abfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director Construction
- Konsolidierung und Analyse von Projekten
- Unterstützung im Vertragsmanagement

Das bringst du mit
- Erste Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Bauprojekten, gerne auch aus einer Tätigkeit als Werkstudent
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur Hochbau oder Projektmanagement Bau
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- MS Projekt, Visio und SharePoint ebenfalls wünschenswert
