Our team of experts is dedicated to providing exceptional support and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.Role OverviewAs a Solution Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within your assigned region, focusing on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will work closely with clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our construction software solutions to address their needs.Your role will require a strategic approach to account management, including new business development, relationship management, and pipeline growth. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the AEC industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territoryIdentify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the AEC sectorMaintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutionsConduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our construction and BIM software solutionsWork closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure client success and satisfactionNegotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirementsStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunitiesUtilize CRM tools to track sales performance, pipeline development, and customer interactionsRequired experience3+ years of sales experience in the AEC industry, preferably in software, technology, or related solutionsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and leading negotiationsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction, architecture, and engineering firmsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary and commission structureOpportunity for professional development and career advancementFlexible working hours and remote work optionsSupportive and dynamic work environmentRecruiting processIntroduction & get to know discussion with Talent Acquisition PartnerScreening with Sales DirectorScreening with peer of hiring manager or team memberFinal interview
