This is a high-impact role at the intersection of global logistics, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance - ideal for a procurement leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.The OpportunityAs Global Sourcing Manager, you'll take ownership of the sourcing strategy across all transport modes, with direct accountability for air and ocean freight. You'll lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and drive performance excellence across a complex, global networkYour ResponsibilitiesLead the global sourcing strategy for general cargo and freight within the logistics function.Manage end-to-end procurement for air and ocean freight, including RFIs, RFQs, and contract awards.Build and optimise a high-performing supplier base across multiple geographies.Monitor and improve supplier performance (e.g. service levels, delivery timelines).Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality enhancement, and sustainability.Track market trends and cost drivers to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals. Your ProfileWe're looking for a strategic thinker with a global mindset and a passion for logistics.You bring:15+ years of experience in global sourcing, including air and ocean freight.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.A data-driven approach to performance tracking and decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, international settings.Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15-20%).
