**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du empfängst alle ankommenden Besucher:innen, Interessent:innen und Kund:innen und leitest diese entsprechend an die verantwortliche Person weiter
- Du unterstützt unsere Verkäufer:innen durch administrative Tätigkeiten
- Du betreust Kund:innen im Showroom und berätst zu Sales
- und After-Sales-Produkten (Leasing, Finanzierung, Garantie, Service etc.)
- Du erstellst Angebote für Kauf, Leasing und Finanzierung
- Du bereitest Unterlagen für die Zulassung und Übergabe der Fahrzeuge vor
- Du verwaltest und aktualisierst den Fuhrpark für Testfahrten und sorgst dafür, dass die Fahrzeuge immer einsatzbereit sind
- Du bist in Kontakt mit unseren Werkstattdienstleistern und koordinierst das Waschen, Polieren, Reparieren und Betanken das Fahrzeug
- Du begleitest die Probefahrten und aktualisierst anschließend das CRM-System mit Informationen
- Du erkennst Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen und sorgst durch Deine Beratung für ein einzigartiges Markenerlebnis
- Du erklärst Kund:innen unsere Philosophie sowie unsere Serviceversprechen
- Du unterstützt bei Veranstaltungen und Events im Studio sowie extern

**Das bist Du**:

- Du hast eine Berufsausbildung bspw. als Automobilkaufmann/-frau erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Berufserfahrung im Premiumbereich sammeln können und bist damit vertraut Kund:innen zu betreuen
- Du bringst eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit und hast Lust mit uns auf eine spannende Reise zu gehen
- Du bist teamfähig und dazu ein Organisations
- und Kommunikationstalent
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du begeisterst Dich für Autos
- Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
