CREANDUM, one of Europe’s leading early-stage venture capital firms, is seeking a Head of Network.

The responsibility of this role is to own and develop the Creandum portfolio network and community by taking a core part in working with portfolio founders and and operators.

**About the role**
- Manage our portfolio network of founders and operators. Plan and implement new platform activities and processes.
- Design, develop and deliver an exceptional founder experience from onboarding to all the way to IPO
- Collaborate and coordinate a plethora of engaging, memorable Founder Operator-themed gatherings, in person and online ( e.g. work closely with our Investment Team or Head of Talent to deliver regular themed events centred around a variety of topics and communities)
- Support our founders and their teams in making connections amongst the Creandum portfolio network.
- Develop strategic partnerships deals (e.g. software vendors relevant to our portfolio).
- Iterate and improve regular engagement practices for the Creandum team to engage with portfolio network frequently.
- Help coordinate and distribute content on our Founder Platform with our Talent and Marketing leads.
- Develop feedback loops so Creandum can continue to best serve the needs of the tech community.
- Design frameworks to measure and report the ROI/outcomes of community engagements with portfolio companies, key stakeholders, and partners (including NPS, sentiment, etc.)
- Drive the growth of this platform role, building relationships within the Creandum portfolio community and staying on top of best practices to ultimately drive our founders' sustainability, success, and health/happiness.

**The job is based in Berlin with occasional travel, mainly to our other two European offices in London and Stockholm.**

**What we look for:
- You're self-motivated to figure things out and can work independently and with others.
- 5-10 years of experience in and around startups, tech or another high-paced environment (e.g. startup, venture builder, accelerator, big tech, management consulting) especially in business development, marketing, community, venture building or consulting role.
- You're passionate about building great companies and helping entrepreneurs win.
- A system thinker with an innate sense of what an excellent founder experience looks and feels like.
- You have an innate passion for technology and innovation, are self-motivated, and can work autonomously whilst playing well with others.
- You're a people person who can connect and interact with a wide range of personalities across various modalities effortlessly.
- You're strategic, organized, and able to execute high-quality work, at speed.
- You love to network.
