As part of the HR team, you will support operational tasks in human resources and thus have the opportunity to get to know all facets of this area. These include, but are not limited to:

- Processing of contract changes and the onboarding and exit process
- Responsibility for all HR-related processes with regard to working students
- Participation in HR projects and active support of the HR team in process optimizations
- Support in day-to-day HR business, including communication with employees and supporting them in the event of problems regarding HR-relevant topics
- Responsible for HR administration and preparation of job references

What we expect from you:
The prerequisite for working at Sphera is a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study.
- You are detail-oriented and have strong communication skills and are open to new things
- You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and reliability in handling personal data
- Your way of working is structured and independent
- You have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work on several projects at the same time in a constantly changing environment
- You speak German and English at a professional level
