**Your Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a project portfolio and team who is executing sustain and enhance projects within the LS ERP framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and data operations are effectively managed and processes in Quality / regulatory & trade are set up and functional.
- Being responsible for projects in LS ERP legacy systems to govern, design and implement quality / trade & product compliance processes and executing data activities in LS ERP legacy systems.
- Manage a team of direct reports and coordinate with matrix teams to achieve project goals.
- Foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.

Who You Are

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, Business, IS, Data Analytics or related field
- Experience with SAP QM Module
- Experience with MDG systems and data migration tools.
- Experience in fostering an inclusive and progressive culture within a digital transformation context.
- Min 3 years of SAP ERP implementation experience or proficient in SAP preferable in the Life Science industry

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Good project management expertise to lead multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Strong leadership skills paired with a high collaborative and result-driven mentality.
- Ability to cope with given timelines in a global, matrixed organization across multiple times zones
- Proven experience in managing ERP projects, particularly in the areas of quality, regulatory, trade, and data.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data operations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead people as direct manager as well as matrix manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to travel up to 25%.
