- Maxon is seeking a motivated Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement Specialist to join our HR department. As a specialist, you will collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners, Payroll team, and other stakeholders across the business to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.

What you will do:
- Coordinate global programs and appreciation gifts for employee recognition (special events)-
- Identify, develop and promote employee engagement initiatives and lead global projects-
- Drive employer branding activities-
- Lead training offerings among global employees at all levels of the organization-
- Moderate Diversity & Inclusion channels and working groups to develop new D&I strategies-
- Contribute as the HR Representative to the global Corporate Social Responsibility activities-
- Gather, analyze and report employee data for budget creation, support on ESG and Sustainability reports for Nemetschek parent company-
- Support presentation preparation with employee controlling data for executive meetings and other eventsWhat we are looking for:
- First professional experience in a comparable role in an international corporate environment-
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field-
- Skilled at building relationships quickly across all levels of the organization-
- Very good communication skills, including public speaking and writing in English, German skills are a plus-
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial experience in the use of a standard HRIS-
- Ability to work independently, self-managing and taking ownership of workWHAT WE OFFER:
