Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Kanal
- und themenübergreifende Redaktion für die internen Kanäle (Mitarbeiter-App, Mitarbeiterzeitung) in Text-, Grafik
- und Bewegtbildformaten
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Mitarbeiter-Kanäle, z.B. Mitarbeiter-App, Mitarbeiterzeitung, FK-Kommunikation (Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Formaten, Community Management, Unterstützung von Autoren, Erstellung von Reportings)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung interner Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und -kampagnen (von der Idee, über die kanalübergreifende Orchestrierung bis hin zur Auswertung)
- Übernahme von Aufgaben Internal Communications im Tagesgeschäft
- Identifikation und Bewertung relevanter Kommunikationsthemen für die Mitarbeitenden der Unternehmensgruppe ALDI Nord in Deutschland
- Kommunikative Beratung und Unterstützung von internen Stakeholdern
- Kommunikative Begleitung und Gestaltung des internen Wandels
- Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Agenturen

Das bringst du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Public Relations, Journalismus, Marketing oder Geisteswissenschaften.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kommunikationsberatung/Agentur, in der Unternehmens-/Internen Kommunikation, Gespür für kommunikationsrelevante Themen und Trends
- Besonderes Verständnis für und Interesse an der Perspektive der internen Zielgruppen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen (Web/App), idealerweise mit dem App-Anbieter Staffbase
- Sicherer Schreibstil und Freude am Schreiben, Erfahrungen mit Video-Produktion/-Schnitt wünschenswert
- Stark in der Konzeption und im Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
- hohe Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Organisationstalent und eine interdisziplinäre Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein gutes Auffassungsvermögen
