We're looking for you to join the HR Payroll Team limited to 12 months

**What you’ll do**
- You're responsible for the preparation and implementation of payroll and follow-up activities for our employees using SAP HCM, taking into account tax and social security principles and all related administrative tasks
- Your tasks include not only the maintenance of personnel master data and organisation management in SAP, but also the maintenance of time recording data and holiday administration
- Close cooperation is important to us - you'll ensure this by being available as a contact person for questions and issues related to tax, social security and payroll
- In addition, you'll take care of the preparation of statistics and reports (standard and ad hoc, quarterly earnings surveys, severely disabled compensation levy)
- You're the first point of contact for health insurance companies and tax offices, as well as for company and financial audits, and ensure good cooperation with them
- Supporting the Finance department with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (e.g. providing information such as provisions, etc.) is also part of your daily business
- You'll also contribute to HR projects - especially on the continuous improvement of HR accounting processes

**What you’ll bring**
- You've completed a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree with a business orientation - ideally with a focus on human resources
- Within the last 2-4 years you've gained experience in the area of payroll accounting with SAP HCM in an internationally active and dynamic company
- Through your professional experience, you've been able to acquire sound specialist knowledge in the area of wage tax and social security law
- You describe yourself as service-oriented and extremely resilient and your way of working as extremely independent
- Very good German skills & good English skills round off your profile
