**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Ensure a correct payroll for our employees for specifically assigned countries out of around 25 countries in collaboration with our external payroll providers
- Collect information, prepare documents with input for the upcoming payroll, send to provider and check the outcome
- Provide a high service standard for our employees, line managers as well as the managing directors for all questions / topics in social security and tax related topics for the EMEA Region
- Support digitization objectives of our payroll processes regarding more process efficiency, quality assurance and analytics
- Drive small HR projects e.g. set-up payroll operation in new countries
- Set up and provide reports to relevant stakeholders by ensuring a correct report data base
- Handle monthly and yearly personal insurance topics for all our countries, such as pension, accident insurance, health insurance, etc.

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Successfully completed bachelor/master studies in economics with focus on HR, Finance or Controlling or successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- First experiences in HR or Finance functions, preferable in a dynamic, high growth organization would be a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- A precise and structured way of working with strong organizational and communicative skills
- Affinity for numbers and good German and English language skills
