The mission of SAP S/4HANA and the **Public Cloud ERP Product Management** team is to drive and grow SAP’s core business as a market leader in cloud ERP. We are responsible for defining product scenarios based on market and target customer needs and translating them into consumable product requirements for engineering teams. We work hand-in-hand with our engineering and product marketing teams, as well as with our customers and partners on continuously improving our Public Cloud ERP product portfolio. Product Management is the authoritative voice of the legitimate challenges customers face, evangelizing an outcome-based product vision and roadmap that truly solves customer pain points, excites our customers and contributes to the business success of customers and SAP likewise.

**The Role**

Your future product management team has end-to-end responsibility for product capabilities that build the pathway for our customers to explore and execute new subscription and usage-based monetization models as part of the overall Quote-to-Cash scenario. Therefore, expertise in one or more of these topic areas is an advantage, quick comprehension and learning ability is a must to gain overview on innovative Quote-to-Cash business processes.

**What you’ll do**

The **Head of Digital Services (M/F/d) **will report to Karina Herrmann, Head of Product Quote2Cash, Public Cloud ERP and lead a team across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Establish a network and act as a strong influencer in the respective SAP ecosystem
- Lead a highly motivated and world class product management team with focus on Digital Business models that support SAP S/4HANA Cloud in its strategic direction and growth ambitions
- Together with your team, take ownership of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements, design, and delivery
- Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders
- Engage customers, partners, and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need
- Create a highly innovative and efficient organization with a strong focus on Employee Engagement and leadership NPS

**What you bring**
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management for software industry
- Excellent people management & leadership skills and ability to deal with high pressure from internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, communication skills with the customers, partners and internal teams, as well as board/executive level presentation skills
- Ideally, an international track record showcasing that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams
- Strong customer focus with previous exposure to key customers, as well as partner orientation
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous positions
- Expertise in one or multiple of the core topics mentioned above would be advantageous
- Quick comprehension and learning ability
- Profound knowledge in developing a product strategy and roadmap
- Fluent or near-native English language skills
