Trade Marketing Specialist

Fjällräven’s Marketing team has a rare opportunity available for an individual who is passionate about the outdoors and is eager to start their career within Marketing As the Trade Marketing Specialist, you will get to work alongside and learn from our small, experienced Marketing team. In this new position, you will be able to make the role your own and contribute to Fjällräven’s mission of connecting more people with nature in a sustainable way.

This is a full-time position based from our Munich, DE office reporting through to the Regional Marketing Manager.

**What **you’ll do**:
In this varied role, you will be focusing on the following:

- Be the contact person for retailers and sales in regard to all marketing measures.
- Development, conception, and management of all advertising material for the (Point of Sale) POS campaigns and daily marketing operations.
- Supporting the development of innovative concepts for sales promotion and activation measures for the POS.
- Planning and implementation of customer-specific marketing concepts and sales promotion measures.
- Participation in annual plans for key accounts.
- Implementing and managing cross-media brand communication for key accounts and other customers.
- Digitization of B2B communication, inter/national sales materials such as virtual brand worlds, sales tool kit, training materials and content for the POS.
- Brand-appropriate and sales-promoting product presentations on the sales floors.
- Conception and continuous improvement of national trade fair appearances for example OP trade fair.

**Who you are****:
We think you would be a great fit for this opportunity if you have:

- Completed a university degree in Marketing or similar and /or relevant work experience within a junior marketing role.
- Previous experience working with retail, particularly sporting goods, would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop would be advantageous.
- Fluency in German and B2 Level of English.
- True team player who brings a positive and solution orientated mindset to work.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively prioritise and work in a structured way.
- Passion for nature and the outdoors
