**Your role**
As part of the** Global Treasury and Insurances** team at our headquarter in Venlo/Hilden you will be able to work on interesting projects and tasks relating to our funding in capital markets. You will work in close cooperation with Legal, IR, Accounting, Controlling and Tax. Your analysis will support board decisions and you will work on high profile capital market transactions. The job is mainly project based and directly supports the Head of Global Treasury and Insurance, with
- further developing the financing strategy
- analyzing, preparing, and executing capital market transactions, such as private placements, promissory notes, syndicated credit facilities, convertible notes and share buy backs
- supporting M&A projects in financing aspects
- Development of additional financing and hedging solutions including sureties, sureties, guarantees and letters of credit
- taking over responsibility for strategic special projects
- monitoring and reporting of covenants and other relevant KPIs
- management of day-to-day relationships with banks and credit insurance companies
- monitoring of the capital, interest, and foreign exchange markets
- preparing presentations for and taking part in meetings with banks and debt investors
- support Treasury FC and planning process
- preparing external and internal presentations and board memos

**Your role**
- Excellent university degree, preferably focusing on financing and/or banking
- Extensive experience with financial modeling and capital markets
- Interdisciplinary understanding of related areas such as legal, accounting and tax
- High intercultural communication skills, negotiation skills and the ability to work solution-oriented with different stakeholders
- Strong sense of responsibility, truly self-driven and hands-on mentality
- Fluency in both business English and German
