What to Expect as a Trainee

• A tailored program lasting 18-24 months

• Rotations of up to 6 months, providing insights into the most exciting finance areas

• 1-2 rotations abroad at one of our global locations, such as the USA, Poland, or the Philippines

• Responsibility for your own projects from the get-go

• Intensive on-the-job training, applying modern financial management methods in practice

• Start date will be in fall of 2026

Your Rotation Opportunities
Your rotation plan will be customized to your interests – you shape your journey This allows you to leverage your strengths in the best way possible. The core finance areas you can choose from include:

• Corporate Controlling

• Business Controlling

• Accounting & Tax

• Treasury & Insurances

Additionally, rotations in cross-functional areas are possible and encouraged, such as:

• Investor Relations

• Internal Audit

• Digital Business Solutions

Your Qualifications & Skills

• You hold a
Master's degree
(or equivalent) in a business or data science-related field with a strong focus on finance – and your academic performance is above average

• You've already gained hands-on experience through
at least two challenging internships
or working student roles in finance-related environments

• You bring
no more than 2–3 years of total professional experience
(excluding internships), making you the perfect fit for a graduate program

• You've broadened your horizons with
at least one international experience
lasting 3 months or more – whether through studies, internships, or similar

• You're flexible and
open to mobility
during the program, ready to explore new locations and opportunities - with a clear ambition to build an international career

• You're
fluent in English
and can
communicate in German
, with support for complementary German classes depending on your level

• You enjoy working with numbers, data, and facts, and your
analytical mindset
helps you make sense of complex information

• You're
tech-savvy
, comfortable using AI tools, and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• You demonstrate resilience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments – staying focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented

The multi-stage selection process will begin in January 2026 and conclude with a final
selection day in March 2026
