**Your role**:
We are looking for a new colleague (all genders) who will support our continuous manufacturing lab within the pharmaceutical development unit. In your role you will take a leading position in qualification of our continuous manufacturing line and utilize it to develop processes for our future pipeline projects. Accelerating the time from conceptualization to testing new products in vivo and bringing them to the market is our ultimate goal and will benefit our patients. Continuous manufacturing of solid dosage forms is one key technology we utilize to achieve this acceleration.
You will document your work in scientific reports that will build the base for regulatory documents (IND/IMPD) - you will thereby directly constribute to bringing new medicines to our patients and help closing unmet medical needs around the world All development activities meet our Best-Scientific-Practice quality management standard, all CTM activities meet GMP standards (EU, FDA, ICH) and address the needs of our development projects. The position is limited to two years.
**Who you are**:
- Pharmacist, Engineer with focus on pharmaceutical or chemical engineering (or equivalent)
- Sound scientific expertise in processes for manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, in particular solid oral dosage forms
- Curiosity about innovative manufacturing technologies like continuous manufacturing
- Willingness and proven ability to plan, conduct and evaluate independent laboratory work
- Sophisticated knowledge in processing and analyzing data sets, e.g. via MatLab or MS Excel
- Knowledge in Python or R coding is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and German
