**The role**:
You're obsessed with music and Tiktok. You know the latest music trends and what the internet is talking about and keep our channels in action with your talkativeness, excellent writing & strategic vision. You know which smaller artists are currently having a buzz and know how to amplify that.
When our strategist come around the corner with a campaign idea, you intuitively know how and with what artists we can make this work. And most of all, you love entertaining people: with music, pop culture, and memes.
**Your mission**:
- Community management & editing
- Social media reporting and analysis
- Creating platform strategies
- Creating and managing large editorial format ideas
- Constant and confident creation of small social media content pieces
- Scanning your local TikTok markets for up and coming artists that have the potential to go viral
- Identifying TikTok-Trends and delivering ideas for how a brand could interact.
**Your profile**:
- Excellent writing skills in [language] & fluent English
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing on large brand accounts
- You know what interests the target group thanks to observations on social media and in specific communities
- Passion for good content/strong stories and the ability to summarize even complex facts in a comprehensible way
- You are willing to research thoroughly and can use your expertise to classify issues
- You have some experience in the field of video production (e.g. you have already written texts for social videos)
- A deep understanding of pop culture & entertainment brands
- You have a flair for appropriate content
- (optional) Experience with paid media on TikTok
- You proactively find what you need - internally and externally
- You are responsible, keep the overview in every situation and organize yourself
