As a Digital Music Label Intern, you’ll support our music team in executing releases, optimizing distribution, and amplifying our artists’ reach. This is a unique opportunity to dive into label operations, digital marketing, and content creation while learning from industry experts in a dynamic environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Release & Distribution Management
- Oversee end-to-end label distribution, ensuring timely deliveries of audio, metadata, and artwork.
- Maintain release pipelines, cataloging ISRCs, label copies, and mastered files with precision.
- Collaborate with distribution platforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Creative Content & Asset Production
- Design eye-catching visuals (cover art, ad creatives) using Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro.
- Assist in video editing and multimedia content for promotional campaigns.
- Playlist & DSP Strategy
- Help optimize and update playlists across DSPs for maximum visibility.
- Support paid media strategies to boost release performance.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and generate internal reports to measure success.
- Assist in data-driven decision-making for marketing and A&R.

**What you add to our crew**:

- Basic proficiency in video editing and graphic design using Adobe Suite (Premiere & Photoshop).
- Understanding of audio metadata and delivery requirements with a high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Some experience in social media content creation and community management.
- Genuine passion for music and a fundamental understanding of the music industry.
- Eagerness to learn, with a strong passion for music and a self-starter mentality.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Bonus**:

- Previous experience with a label or distribution company
- Familiarity with advertising and paid media within the social media landscape.
- Experience in setting up TikTok accounts with a focus on organic growth.
- Proficiency in a second language is highly advantageous.
- Experience with smart link services such as Feature.fm or Linkfire.
