Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities

As a WORKING STUDENT as OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (F/M/D) you will be involved in every step of our product’s journey, starting with the procurement process to ensuring its safe shipping and packaging. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Support the procurement process by researching potential suppliers, obtaining quotes, and assisting in negotiations to ensure the best quality and cost for materials and components
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock
- Ensuring products are packaged securely and aesthetically appealing
- Manage shipment logistics, including coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and product delivery
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline procurement, packaging, and shipment activities

Qualifikation

**Requirements**:

- You are currently a university student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
