You have successfully completed your master’s degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Sales STILL team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS). From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Tasks**
- As part of the Sales team for STILL, you will gain an extensive overview of all **sales related topics **and **projects **and will closely collaborate with all relevant teams
- You will **analyze **the **effectiveness **of our existing **key account structure **by using suitable methods, e.g., portfolio analysis
- You will work on **order processing **and **monitoring **as well as **reporting **and **analysis **of **relevant **KPIs**
- You will work with the team on **organization **, **standardization **, and **optimization **of **sales **processes**
- You will **identify **and **evaluate **ways to **improve **our development of national and international key account clients
- You will **support **and **coordinate **our team of **key account managers**

**Requirements**:

- You have a **master’s degree **in **Business Administration **with a **focus on Sales & Marketing, **and you want to put your knowledge into practice
- You are a **team player **with **strong communication **and **presentation **skills both in **English **and **German**
- You also have **strong analytical **and **IT skills **- you will be using **MS Office **every day, in particular **Excel **and **PowerPoint**
- You convince with your **service orientation **and **customer centricity**
- You demonstrate a high level of **engagement **, e.g., by proactively developing intelligent, agile, and pragmatic solutions
