For our airport retail operation around the world, we are looking for a**Trainee Retail Management (m/w(d) - flexible start**

Your new job includes
- As a Retail Management Trainee, during our 18-month program you will be comprehensively prepared for a fast-track management career in international travel retail. During the program you will:
- be assigned to various national and international airport retail locations, such as Frankfurt, Copenhagen or Sydney, and get to know our business from the ground up
- take responsibility for your own projects and master a variety of challenges at home and abroad, as well as working at our headquarters in Hamburg and central interfaces, e.g. in our logistics centers, in a series of stations that build on each other.
- offering travelers an unforgettable shopping experience, turning them into loyal customers and inspiring them in the long term
- always being approachable for customers and employees, ensuring that decisions are made quickly and optimal solutions are found
- challenge the status quo and drive innovation to reach the next level of customer service and employee satisfaction

What you should bring along
- Your task is demanding. That's why we are, too, when it comes to selecting applicants. That's why we are looking for:
- a Bachelor's degree or comparable training in retail or in a customer-oriented field
- fluent in German and English and ideally in another foreign language
- active commitment and a lot of passion on the sales floor, because you are passionate about sales and want to achieve top performance together with your team
- enthusiasm for our customers at the point of sale and an eye for their needs
- independent decision-making and someone who wants to successfully drive our business forward
- mobility and a willingness to travel for worldwide assignments
