**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a Model Photographer in Lounge by Zalando’s photo studio, you will be responsible for photographing vibrant and imaginative visuals that will improve our customers' online shopping experience. You will be creating a range of videos and pictures for our website, focusing on model photography.

We are looking for an individual with a combination of personal traits and experience in e-commerce photography. You should:

- Be highly organised, enthusiastic, technically proficient, and creative
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Aim to produce high-quality output at all times
- Be an effective communicator, maintain a high professional level of work, and remain open to different approaches
- Work well under pressure and adapt from volume model shots to creative photography

- Create a diverse range of high quality images shot off-model
- Ensure consistent quality of your work and meet our daily requirements
- Follow photography guidelines and make suggestions for content improvements
- Bring new ideas and suggest process improvements, participate in small scale projects and presentations
- Independently and proactively solve problems that occur in daily work routine
- Communicate effectively with the team and the Team Lead, give and receive feedback, and reach out for help when needed
- Support the team with onboarding Photography
- Occasionally support the Product Photography team on their shoots
- Stay on top of E-commerce Model photography trends

**WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU CAN BRING**:

- A portfolio showcasing expertise in E-commerce or creative Photography.
- A good understanding of composition, lighting in addition to being knowledgeable in creating colour presets, rough cuts for editing, and set organisation.
- A good disposition towards collaboration and teamwork, following guidance and being able to work autonomously.
- An educational background in photography or similar applicable professional experience.
- Experience in a high-volume professional commercial studio.
- A good knowledge of digital photography, lighting equipment and photo editing software with understanding of Capture One and Premier pro.
- A drive to take initiative and a readiness to work collaboratively in a quick-paced setting.
- English proficiency at a professional working level (German is a plus)
