Team Lead Fashion Photography

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a Team Lead Fashion Photography, you will have a large impact by ensuring a smooth and efficient content production workflow in producing high-volume and high-quality fashion and lifestyle photography.

You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging your team of junior and senior photographers at our studios. You will challenge and streamline processes as well as deliver inspirational and innovative content in a fast-paced production set-up.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in photography or have a comparable training and sufficient experience in content production.
- 5 years' work experience as a photographer in fashion and e-commerce plus more than 3 years of leading teams
- You are confident to set targets with a quality and efficiency-oriented mindset and being fast-paced is a requirement.
- You have strong people management skills and are a solution-driven sparring partner, you consult, you check the feasibility and give clear recommendations.
- You bring a solid understanding of high standard quality and high volume production, you know how to set the perfect light and bring a deep understanding of photo technology is essential.
- High level of personal accountability and willingness to change the status quo and to go the extra mile to achieve amazing results.
- Fluent in English (written / verbal).
