Munich- ab sofort- Vollzeit- Job-ID: RT22-1014**Our client**, a Japanese manufacturer, is looking for a new staff member in their Munich office.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Order management of stock shipments and delivery arrangements by using ERP system
- Order Processing for drop shipments including preparing shipment documents, data coordination in ERP system, review of correct data regarding price, addresses, tax, incoterms
- Close communication with colleagues, customers and warehouse
- Quotation creation
- Handling customers' requests, inquiries and simple deliveries to the customers
- Inventory management
- Supporting sales tasks and collaborating with sales managers
- Communicate all necessary handling matter to headquarters
- Attending trainings
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Fluent in English, German and Japanese language skills are plus
- several years of experience in sales assistant would be advantageous
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and ERP system
- Good team worker
- Strong focus on detail, accuracy and proactive
- Excellent communication skills and global mind
