Tasks
- Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical studies
- Documentation and recording of clinical data
- Communication with international clinical centers and study teams
- Assistance, monitoring and supervision of clinical studies in cooperation with project managers and pathologists
- Coordination of individual sample workflow in collaboration with different related departments
- Transmission of test results
- Electronic recording of results in our databases
- Quality control of database entries
**Requirements**:
- Completed apprenticeship, Bachelor´s degree or similar educational background preferred
- Experience in working on clinical studies as well as data collection, documentation and management is desirable, but not a pre-requisite
- Career changers with professional experience in the field of clinical studies will be considered
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Structured, responsible and independent way of working
- Well-versed in handling the MS Office package
- Experience in working with LabWare LIMS, SAP or comparable databases would be an advantage
- Distinct service orientation, confident and friendly demeanor, communicative competence and team spirit
- Reliability and resilience are required
- A sense of detail and quality awareness
- Quick comprehension, even with flexible task structures and their spontaneous changes
- Ideally, experience in a project-based work environment
