Let's work together to deliver the best product experience to our customers."_ - Kevin Krieg, Head of Product Delivery WOW & Sky Store Tasks - You support the analysis of in-life errors on WOW, Sky Store, Sky Sports or Blue Movie 18+, which are reported by Customer Service, Product Management or Social Media - Managing system changes (ITSM) and coordinating them with all relevant stakeholders is part of your tasks - The conception and documentation of new/changed processes (in PowerPoint, Confluence or similar) is no problem for you - You'll be involved in pre - and post-go-live checks of new channels, features and apps on various end devices - You're responsible for the functional testing of our apps WOW, Sky GO & Sky Store on all available devices with currently more than 10 different platforms, which can mainly take place in our own testlab office but also partly at home - Depending on the platform and release scope, you're in regular exchange with your team colleagues as well as group-wide (UK/DE/AT/etc.) - You take care of the exact documentation of the test results and, if necessary, take part in go/no-go meetings for releases before the roll-out **Requirements**: - You're studying computer science, IT, media technology or are enrolled in a comparable degree program - You've a keen interest in streaming / OTT products and a lot of enthusiasm for the medium of television and new technologies - A basic technical understanding of apps and media as well as knowledge of the OTT environment (common terms such as VOD, OTT, UI etc.) are desirable - You're characterized by a sense of responsibility and enjoy working independently in a dynamic working environment - Your strengths include a high degree of flexibility and a strong ability to work in a team - German language skills are an advantage, but above all you feel comfortable in an international environment and have a good command of English **Benefits**: At Sky, we'll give you our full support, so you can become your best self.
