Department Description & Job Purpose We are looking for a Working Student to join our People Experience Germany teamIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Business Partners. You will support the team with various topics and gain a broad insight into different HR processes. Key responsibilities Providing support with operational tasks and ad-hoc requestsManaging employee requests and inquiriesAssisting with various HR processes and ongoing projectsCollaborating with different teams on HR topics, including:Talent ManagementCompensation & BenefitsLearning & DevelopmentOnboarding, etc. Key requirements Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year. Student status throughout the duration of the contract.
