**How Will You Contribute to the Company?**

In this key role, you will manage, direct and drive direct sales into German Major Public Sector Accounts. Create and implement strategic plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of Cradlepoint’s products and services. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in Major Public Sector Accounts and leverage these relationships. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.
**What Will You Do?**
- Build a high performing public sales channel in Germany
- Nurture and develop relationships within the assigned territory and/or accounts, presenting to the C-suite the value of a Cradlepoint Solutions
- Work with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting efforts within the assigned territory and/or accounts
- Generate appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management
- Manage RFIs and RFPs
- Maintain and expand a rich sales pipeline, utilizing tools like Salesforce and CLARI
- Accurately forecast, maintaining a strong SFDC hygiene
- Define and lead the public go-to-market strategy in Germany
Qualifications:
**Basic Qualifications**:
- _ _Minimum of 5+ years of experience selling to Public Sector market in Germany: (Blue Light, Provincial Governments, Municipal governments, Education and Healthcare)
- Proven track record of delivering growth in complex environments
- Experience managing sales cycles and driving a culture of forecast accountability
- Demonstrated ability to develop an grow senior customer relationships
- A passion for Cradlepoint’s technology and a desire to operate in a high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills
- A process and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel as required (mostly in Germany)
- Ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to close- Effectively present the product solution and value proposition to customers
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to build partnerships
- A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
**Education**:
