**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Germany. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for our HVAC control systems, thermostats, and related products. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting_
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers, installers, and distributors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to HVAC controls, gateways, and thermostats.
- Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
- Document reported issues, solutions, and escalation cases using a ticketing system.
- Product Training & Documentation_
- Contribute to the development and preparation of technical manuals.
- Conduct training sessions for installers, partners, and end-users on product functionality and best practices.
- Develop user guides, data sheets, troubleshooting manuals, and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.
- Conduct testing of new products, prepare specification sheets, and stay informed on product releases and technical advancements.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement_
- Assist in the testing and validation of new firmware, software, and integrations.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve product design and functionality.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to identify and resolve product issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30.000,00€ - 35.000,00€ per year
