**Fixed-Term Contract, Part-time (30h/week)**
**The training and the learning phase take place during the day in our office in Leipzig. Home office is possible afterwards - must be based in Leipzig.**

You will delight our customers by providing fast and thoughtful support. You are committed to ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
- You carry out daily tasks, working independently and in a goal-oriented manner

**YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have full professional proficiency in German and/or English, written and spoken, other language is a plus
- You have strong written and spoken communication skills
- You are a team player, resistant to stress, and can work in a systematic and logical way
- You have a well-developed command of technology and don’t shy away from communications media
- You must be willing to work weekends and holidays
