- Wir haben daher ab sofort die Position des **Sales Controlling Specialist **(m/w/d) **als** remote Tätigkeit** zu vergeben.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Koordination und Optimierung der finanziellen Ergebnisse der Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Monitoring von laufenden Wartungs
- und Supportverträgen sowie Enterprise Licence Agreements
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung langfristiger Vertriebsstrategien und der Sales-Zielvorgaben
- Kontrolle und Unterstützung der Vertriebler für das Erreichen der Sales Umsatzziele anhand ausgewählter Sales KPIs
- Aufzeigen von Zielabweichungen und einleiten von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Forecast Reviews mit dem Vertriebsteam
- Erstellung der regelmäßigen Sales Reviews für das Management
- Tracking der Kundenakquisitionskosten und Abgleich mit Neukunden-Umsatzprognose (Mitteleinsatz muss im Verhältnis zum Fortschritt stehen)
- Ermittlung des Sales Backlogs in Abstimmung mit Finance (Umsatz vs. Rechnungsstellung)

**Deine Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Sales Analyse und Controlling
- Optimalerweise erste Erfahrung im Defence Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, explizit Excel, PowerPoint und Word
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in ERP- und BI-Systemen
- Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft für Teammeetings (2-3 Tage pro Monat)
- Starkes Maß an Eigeninitiative, um das Vertriebscontrolling eigens weiterzuentwickeln
- Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse von Daten zur Erkenntnisgewinnung und zur Orientierungshilfe für das Vertriebsteam
