Our company specializes in ensuring compliance provisioning through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach. With a team comprised of professionals from various backgrounds including professors, doctors, pharmacists, lawyers, and IT experts, we bring over 28 years of experience in the Life Science & Healthcare Industries.

Based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, our company operates with a remote workforce within Germany. Applications can only be considered from candidates who already reside in Germany due to employment and social security regulations.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (m,w,d) to support our sales team with clearly defined tasks – focusing on initial outreach, structured CRM maintenance, and following up with webinar participants.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls based on predefined sales scripts to initiate first contact with potential customers (cold calls).
  • Reach out to participants of our webinars and handle simple follow-up inquiries.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system, including entering and qualifying new leads.
  • Forward relevant information to the responsible Service Owners as soon as a prospect shows increased interest in our services and requires more in-depth follow-up.
  • Support standardized internal workflows and assist in improving call scripts and communication guidelines.

Your Profile

  • First experience in customer contact, call centers, or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner.
  • A structured, accurate working style and high reliability, especially in maintaining data.
  • Enjoy working with clear processes, recurring tasks, and predefined scripts.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.

Compensation

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), 100% remote position within Germany. The expected salary range for this role is €32,000 to €36,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
