Summary In the "Production Technology" department, we are looking for a "Technologist printed circuit board production (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The "Production Technology PCB Manufacturing" team is responsible for the main tasks: Development and optimization of manufacturing processes in the "PCB Production" department, definition and preparation of workflows, planning and implementation of investment projects, process qualification and provision of process descriptions as well as analysis of quality deviations. Your Tasks- Development and optimization of manufacturing processes in printed circuit board production with a focus on chemical/galvanic processes- Chemical pretreatment processes including micro etching, plasma cleaning- Etching processes alkaline and acidic- Metallization and coating of printed circuit boards (chem. and galvanic) for example chem. NiAu, galv. Ni and Au, chem. and galv. Cu, PbSn galv. and HAL- Neutralization as well as participation in the preparation of operating instructions and risk assessments, including evaluation of safety data sheets- Technical support and representation in other PCB manufacturing processes, such as photolithography, solder resist and mechanical PCB processing- Support of the production line in the analysis and evaluation of deviations- Planning and implementation of investment projects in the area of PCB manufacturing- Development and qualification of manufacturing processes and provision of process instructions- Clarification of layout requirements and definition of workflows- Consultation of different contact persons from development, technology and construction regarding production-related boundary conditions for printed circuit boards The willingness for business trips / supplier visits including European countries is required.
