The eCommerce Support Specialist provides excellent support to the BDD / eCommerce Channel Controller (EU) in the fastest growing area of the business, online. The position will be responsible for a number of crucial tasks across Sales, Marketing & Operations.

**Primary Duties**:

- Administration owner for all Gorilla & O’Keeffe’s Amazon activity (DE à EU)
- Troubleshooting all areas of Amazon catalogue
- Troubleshooting Purchase Order issues
- New Line Forms
- Promotional Set-Up
- Problem solving on all areas of account
- Full catalogue responsibility for both brands
- Content implementation
- Sales Out analysis & reporting
- Fines & Chargebacks - complete ownership
- Working with Marketing on content briefs
- Marketing relationship management
- Administration owner for ground up projects - online extension / B&M Development

**Qualifications Required**:

- Education/Experience:_
- Degree educated (not essential)
- Commercial eCommerce experience desirable
- Specific Skills:_
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- A real eye for detail
- Dutch, English and German language skills
