Junior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated **Junior Accountant (M/F/d) **to support our Finance and Operations. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Responsibility for Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and Expense reports from employees in Spendesk and Netsuite
- Responsibility for the Accounting inbox and routing the inputs to the relevant tools
- Onboard new clients, deals, and vendors on financial platforms including but not limited to Netsuite, Harvest, Spendesk and other internal tools/trackers
- Prepare and execute payment runs by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements, execute the reconciliation of the bank accounts in Netsuite
- Support in month-end closings and in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and other financial reports
- Improve financial control policies and procedures
- Helping with the in-housing of our accounting (currently we are still working with an external Tax Advisor) and the roll out of Netsuite (we are currently using DATEV)
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations

**WHAT YOU BRING TO US**
- Commercial experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good knowledge of the German accounting regulations and procedures (HGB)
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Netsuite and/or DATEV as well as exposure to US GAAP are greatly advantageous
