We have recently secured €6.5 million in Series A funding, led by Kvanted and ENV, with contributions from NewAlpha Asset Management and several business angels. Our Climate ERP solution is trusted by leaders like Maersk, Nippon Express Europe (NX Group), and DMG MORI, streamlining corporate emission management and reduction. This funding allows us to expand and enhance our platform, integrating sustainability into business operations.

***Mission**:

Craft intuitive, user-centric, and innovative design solutions for our Climate ERP platform, **with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI to create intelligent and impactful experiences.** Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs and business goals into engaging and effective user experiences that drive sustainable impact.

***Responsibilities**:
**User Experience & Interaction Design**:

- ** User Research**: Develop a deep understanding of our users - their workflows, pain points, and needs - through user research, interviews, and data analysis.
- **Visual Design**: Contribute to the visual design language, ensuring a consistent and engaging user interface that aligns with our brand and design system.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Using AI tools, create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (low to high fidelity) to explore and validate design solutions.

**Product Design + AI**:

- ** AI-Enhanced Design Process & Tooling**: Drive the integration of AI into our design processes and contribute to creating design tools to empower other teams to leverage AI effectively and consistently in their design-related work.
- **AI Opportunity Identification**: Proactively identify opportunities for AI enhanced features that help our users to solve complex problems and driving business value.
- **Designing for Intelligent Experiences**: Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for AI-powered features, ensuring transparency, explainability, and user control.
- **Ethical & Environmental Considerations**: Actively consider and advocate for the ethical implications, fairness, and environmental impact of AI in your design solutions.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on design priorities and feasibility.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Feedback Integration**: Solicit and thoughtfully incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and the design team into design iterations.
- **User Testing**: Plan, conduct, and analyze user testing sessions to gather valuable insights and validate design decisions.
