In der Rolle als Workforce Staffing Specialist bist Du Teil des Teams, welches für den gesamten Recruitingprozess der Versandmitarbeiter zuständig. Du arbeitest mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Personaldienstleistern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marketingkampagnen, sowie Recruitingmaßnahmen und -prozesse passgenau auf die Nachfrage zugeschnitten sind. Diese Rolle wird in einer beliebigen Amazon-Lieferstation angesiedelt sein. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Zustellstationennetz (AMZL). Key job responsibilities - Zusammenarbeit mit externen wie internen Partnern zu Sicherstellung einer passgenauen Recruiting Strategie, wie der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Amazon Logistics Operation, Marketing, Human Resources Learning&Development. - Planung, Koordination und Teilnahme an Promotion - und Hiring Events sowie Orientierungstagen. - Stetige Recruiting Erfolgskontrolle, Überwachung von Kennzahlen - Überprüfung negativer Trends und Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen, zur Implementierung passender Lösungen. - Mitarbeit an HR-spezifischen Projekten.
