Hiring outstanding talent is key to realising our mission leading the future mobility.

We therefore want to bring a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner on board who cares about our cause and wants to support our talent acquisition team in finding the best talent out there in Europe.

You will help us to scale up our organisation while maintaining our unique culture.

We give you the opportunity to join a highly collaborative team environment and grow into owning the recruitment process from A-Z. From defining the vacancy (together with the relevant manager) to providing the best onboarding experience to our new colleagues, you will be involved in all relevant steps. You will get the chance to recruit for a large variety of exciting roles, be it Experience Designers, Tactical Marking Coordinator, Corporate Sales Manager, Business Analyst or Finance professionals. There’s plenty of variety to keep things fresh and you will meet the most interesting mix of people along the way. You will work together with our Talent Acquisition Team, so that together as a team you will advance our talent acquisition efforts over the coming years.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Coordinate 360-degree recruiting processes by improving our hiring performance and find the best talents on the market
- Create recruitment collateral and campaigns, collaborating with our marketing team
- Provide an outstanding onboarding experience for all our new hires
- Be Leading and developing employer branding strategies, pushing diversity & inclusion efforts further

**_ About you:_**:

- A relevant Bachelor/Masters Degree
- Passion for the world of recruiting, 3-5 years of previous experience
- Understanding the importance of our employee value proposition (EVP) and its benefits
- Adaptable to handle a few positions at the same time with a hands-on mentality
- Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and organise
- Fluent communication in English, additional languages are a plus
