**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du repräsentierst AVM als **Recruiter** und **begeisterst Talente** für unser Unternehmen
- Eigenverantwortliches **End-to-End Recruiting** für unsere Hardware
- und Software-Teams
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Optimierung** individueller Suchstrategien**:

- Durchführung von **Interviews** und Begleitung der **Vertragsverhandlungen**:

- Erste **Ansprechperson** für Fachbereiche bei allen Recruiting-Themen
- Mitorganisation von **Recruiting
- und Onboardingevents** in Zusammenarbeit mit Event-, HR- und Marketing-Teams
- Gestaltung eines reibungslosen Recruiting-Prozesses gemeinsam mit **Personalmarketing** und **Bewerbermanagement**

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, z. B.** Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)**,** Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)** oder **Techniker (m/w/d)**:

- Alternativ ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt **Personalwesen** oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im **HR Management**:

- Fundierte Erfahrung im **IT-Recruiting**, idealerweise bei einem Personaldienstleister oder Inhouse
- Sehr gute **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**:

- Ausgeprägte **Überzeugungskraft**, **Verhandlungssicherheit** und **proaktive Kommunikationsweise**:

- Sicherer Umgang mit **MS Office**
