**Sales Coordinator (M/F/d)**:
**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Komplexe Auftragsabwicklungen vom Auftragseingang bis zur Zahlungsabwicklung (international und national)
- Abstimmung mit externen und internationalen Logistikdienstleistern für Lager
- und Langstreckengeschäfte
- Bedarfsplanung von Industriekomponenten basierend auf eingeführten Geschäftsprozessen (international und national)
- Abstimmen von komplexen Lieferketten zwischen Lieferanten und Kunden mit dem Ziel der termingerechten Belieferung (international und national)
- Erstellen von Verkaufs
- und Lagerberichte für das Management
- Kundenbetreuung am Telefon (international und national)
- Reklamationsbearbeitung und Gutschriftenerstellung (international und national)
- Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten bei Einführung von neuen Lösungen innerhalb des SAP-System S4 Hana (international)
- Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten bei jährlich durchgeführten Prüfungen von SOX (international) und Wirtschaftsprüfern (national)
- Pflege eines Kundenstammes (international)
- Pflege des Lieferantenstammes (international und national)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrere Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Ausgeprägter kaufmännischer Hintergrund
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und in einem Team zu arbeiten
- Kundenorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie gute Excel und MS Office
