People Admin Coordinator

**People Admin Coordinator (f/m/d)**:

**Our compensation package**: €50,000 - €55,000 yearly salary, up to €20,000 in equity. Additionally up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits.
**Work model**:Munich, Germany (hybrid)

**Your role**

You will be part of our People & Culture team and report directly to Maria Teresa (Marisa), our Senior People Business Partner.

**Your day-to-day**

As you grow with us, you'll become a:

- ** Payroll Maestro** - collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely, accurate and scalable payroll process.
- **
Contract Architect** - setting up and maintaining employment contracts that comply with local laws and regulations.
- **
- ** Relocation Rockstar** - supervising relocation planning and people operations logistics in collaboration with our EOR partner, Lano.
- ** Data Custodian** - maintaining our equity registry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- ** Meeting Mastermind** - coordinating calibration meeting schedules and logistics, providing the necessary tools and materials to fuel our teams' success.

**Operational Experience**:

- First experience in People Operations / HR Administration (e.g. as a working student or intern), ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Passion for People operations / HR Admin work

**Structured Mindset**:

- Ability to stay organized whilst handling multiple tasks at the same time
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in an open space office environment (quiet open space office is available)

**Communication**:

- Fluency in **German** and **English**: both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding across various personalities, backgrounds, and cultural differences
- Previous experience handling visa processes
- Previous experience working with an EOR (Employer Of Records)
