**Your Day to Day responsibilities**:

- Tendering, negotiating and procuring direct materials and services as well as assessing and selecting suppliers.
- Conducting negotiations as well as drafting and concluding contracts in an international environment.
- Collaboration and execution of the development and implementation of strategic purchasing concepts.
- Elaboration and implementation of commodity group strategies.
- Independent execution and conclusion of annual price negotiations as well as identification and realisation of cost-saving potentials.

**Preferrable Background**:

- Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a technical background or commercial training with corresponding further qualifications.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing.
- Professionalism in managing external partners and service providers.
- Self-evident handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English.
