**International Sales & Marketing Coordinator (gn)**

This permanent role is a great opportunity for any Sales
- and Marketing-Enthusiast who thrives on being part of a dynamic team and on supporting international sales and marketing efforts with the use of state-of-the art digital tools & processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide comprehensive support to the Global Sales Director as well as the Sales Team in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with international clients and partners to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of inquiries.
- Organize and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions and other promotional events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance metrics.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads.
- Manage and optimize lead generation processes using HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce) to track and manage leads, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales funnel.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
- First experience with CRM & Marketing Automation Tools would be beneficial
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Near
- and Far East Asia regions is a plus.
