**Who will you be joining?**
The department “Global Center of Competence Life” (GCL) is responsible for the development and execution of the Allianz Group strategy for Life insurance products, including a special focus on Technical Excellence.
The Life & Health Academy is responsible for driving and shaping the life and health trainings across all Allianz operating entities world-wide, via e-Learnings, Classroom Trainings, and Projects which are aligned with the group’s life and health global strategy.
The L&H Academy team is looking for a young and entrepreneurial talent to contribute to the development of the academy’s digital presence. The role provides an excellent opportunity to experiment innovative ideas and take on project responsibilities, while gaining knowledge of the insurance business.
**How can you make an impact?**
- Assist in the development of the internal marketing strategy for L&H Academy campaigns and be responsible for the implementation and reporting
- Plan and monitor each media channel (Content Posting, Blog, Community Management)
- Write compelling articles that increase joy of reading of each follower, as well as lead campaigns
- Enhance the quality and design of online trainings, with focus on an engaging learner journey
- Support of daily team activities, such as communication, user administration, and reporting
**What are you made of?**
- Experience in appropriately managing channels or communities (you have your own blog or vlog or past work portfolio)
- Experience with online intranet platforms and image / video editing programs, with high digital affinity
- Interest in Life and Health insurance industry
- Creativity and a professional appearance
- Fluent in English
- Enrollment in a university, in marketing, media, communications, or related fields.
