**The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio**
- Our Payroll Support team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to understanding and advocating for our customers, using data-driven insights to shape our customer experience strategies and influence what we build.
- As a (**Senior) Payroll Support Specialist,**you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers and provide a best-in class service. Providing reactive support in case of technical or product-related challenges, your efforts drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our end-to-end customer journey and payroll processes.

**Role Responsibilities: What you'll do**
- Grow your product expertise and stay up-to-date with platform updates to handle a wide range of inquiries
- Collaborate with our Product and Tech Support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to solution development
- Help build and maintain our internal knowledge base, making it easier for the team and customers to find what they need
- Leveraging comprehensive payroll expertise, you effectively resolve challenges and manage escalations, positioning yourself as a key resource for the team and customer
- Customer Focus: You enhance customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding support experiences.

**Role Requirements: What you need to succeed**
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll software support and/or end-to-end payroll processing.
- You have strong proficiency with a variety of payroll systems.
- You communicate fluently in both German and English—whether in writing, speaking, or presenting—and have a knack for making complex topics easy to understand.
- You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments and are quick to pick up new skills.
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex payroll cases.
- You’re highly motivated to grow within a dynamic, customer-focused tech company.
- As a true team player with strong empathy, you consistently go the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- You set exceptionally high standards for the quality and thoroughness of your work.
