KG You support our team as PAYROLL SPECIALIST (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - As part of a small team, you are fully responsible for the monthly payroll accounting, including batch processing - You maintain, check and archive payroll-relevant personnel data, carry out batch imports of transaction data and are responsible for the certification and reporting system - You are actively involved in project-related tasks and optimizations - You advise and support managers and employees on tax and social security issues - You are in independent contact with public authorities, social insurance institutions and tax authorities - Your tasks also include looking after the company pension scheme from the direct commitment, support with time management and access control as well as reporting tasks **Qualifications**: - You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a HR specialist, or have a comparable qualification - You have solid, practical professional experience as a payroll accountant in payroll accounting or payroll in an industrial company - You have good knowledge of tax and social security law - You are also familiar with payroll software, PAISY is an advantage. Furthermore, you have experience with a time management system and are familiar with MS Office - Your strengths are good interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to work in a team - You speak and write fluent German (C1) and have a good command of English The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
