**Tasks**:

- You are the group's competent contact person for sales issues.
- You are responsible for the coordination of the group's sales processes, particularly the group-internal clearing office.
- As a problem solver, you will be in charge of sales law tasks for various sales channels, from contract and commission design through contract termination.
- You will independently accompany legal issues.
- You implement distribution law training programmes and are also in charge of coordination and monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- You are a fully certified attorney (M/F/d)
- You have substantial professional experience at a legal firm or a financial or insurance company.
- You have learned and used commercial agency law, IDD, VersVermV, VVG, and VAG in practise.
- You are aggressive and communicate with a certain group in mind.
