**The opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Account Director **with integrated and highly digital experience to join the team that supports our international clients on projects in the fields of White Goods, Mobility/Travel and Tech. Whilst your focus is on digitally-led B2C Campaigns for one of the leading European white goods manufacturers you will also be involved in Integrated 360° Campaigns for a leading mobility provider and select B2B projects for Fortune 500 mobility and tech clients.
Your responsibilities as an **Account Director** will be:
- Shaping the strategic and operational direction while also leading the delivery of major projects from content programmes to campaigns and content communication - offering you exciting and diverse digitally-led projects.
- You will be a key point of contact for your clients in leading these projects including strategy, creative and tech development, toolkit rollout and asset delivery. Work includes content strategy, content assets/toolkits/packages, landing pages, brand prop development, product & service positioning, moving image, digital, social, CRM, PR, TVC, OOH and print.
- Working with a broad range of clients on largely global and EMEA level, so the ability to build strong relationships and understand their individual needs is a must.
- Being responsible for hitting client targets including client growth and profitability, ensuring a well-functioning and clear work relationships with the project management team supporting you, as well as the right team setup to service your account.
Working into the Client Services Director, and managing an Account Manager and two junior team members, there is clear headroom to grow personally and professionally, and the ability to manage upwards and build trust is essential.

- You have the ability to actively input and deliver against strategy, an integrated thinker who understands key channels and their role
- Champion of the creative product, you're confident in selling in ideas, critiquing work and able to inspire teams where needed to think differently
- You’re a collaborator who can build relationships across the agency and client team to give the direction, support, knowledge, and expertise needed
- Commercially astute and gets under the detail of the numbers, forecasting, reconciliations, and billing
