Deutsche Börse Group is strengthening its position as leader in creating the marketplace of the future and executing on its AI ambitions. Our AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) is at the forefront of ensuring that our organization leverages AI responsibly and effectively.
To strengthen the AI CoE, we are looking for an AI Governance Specialist (f/m/d) that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ethical, responsible, and compliant development and deployment of AI systems within our organization. To do so, you will be responsible for analyzing regulatory landscapes, managing AI risk, and overseeing governance processes to safeguard our AI initiatives. You are doing an excellent job when our company is fully prepared for existing and upcoming AI regulations and your stakeholders see you as a trusted advisor. Therefore, this role requires a strong commitment to ethical AI development and profits from strong interest in AI, both business
- and technical-wise.

**Your responsibilities**:

- AI Governance Framework: Contribute to the organization's AI governance framework, including risk classification, inventory management, and internal governance structures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Analyze regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with AI regulations, collaborating with external advisors as needed.
- AI Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI systems, preventing them from falling into the unacceptable risk category.
- AI Inventory and Process Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of AI systems and their use cases, developing and operating processes for inventory upkeep.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to internal governance task forces, and communicate effectively about AI governance initiatives.
- AI Strategy and Improvement: Provide input on AI strategy and conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in AI governance processes.
- AI Model Governance: Collaborate on model validation and governance processes to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and reliability.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in governance, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a technology-related field
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning principles, and ethical considerations related to AI development
- Knowledge of relevant AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Communication skills for being able to explain technical and ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proactive and solution-orientied way of working, ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English
